All the before pictures, clips, etc. show that the participants walk in to pitch black room, the door closes behind them. All the after ones show blood and gore splatter and score marks in the walls. All the walls, ceiling, floor. These marks are reminiscent of saw blades.
Room is 150 feet cubed.
Egress from this room is in very back. Appears to be outline of a metal door with no discernible doorknob or handle.
Studying the plethora of pictures, we notice a pattern of following the blood (or sacrifice of those who came before). We realize this puzzle is about honoring those who came before and their sacrifice.
Room 2 looks similar to a warehouse loading bay. There is a linear narrow hallway that forks, and forks, and eventually ends in a room with 2 sets of windows. The windows are not across from each other. They appear to have mirrored glass so we believe they are one-way windows. The exit door is at the far end of the hall. Hallways consist of 90 degree turns. All clips show that the room seems to be easy for challengers until the get to the windows. At the windows, they stop making it.

Room 8 is like the inside of a bell tower filled with gears and pistons, etc. constantly moving. There are three large clockwork gears for the floor. They are 40-50ft in diameter each and moving. There is a door at the end of the room.
The before and after pictures, etc. of this room show it immaculate. We assume this indicates that the people don't die on the gears.
The before pictures often shown Lords, High Lords, even Kings with their retinue going into this room. Given the general theme of the challenge, this indicates they have sacrificed many peoples lives to get here.
