One of two leaders (other is AB) in Treehome. Cal is an Emerald Dragon.

There is no tension between Cal and AB but Treehome is a two party political system.

Cal is the current Mayor. He seems to be beloved. Treehome is clean and spotless.

The Mayor's house is like the Whitehouse. There are always comings and goings. Field trips, tourists, etc.
