Ikira is a Dragon in the Toes Anonymous Campaign. She is often seen as a white-haired gnome. She has a metallic glint in her eye.

We see mention of Ikira in the Faerun book in the Lord Etienne's Tower in the Lichen Morells Campaign.

In Elleswhere, Ikira is the Sun. She flys around, never able to land.
